Common feedback in peer observations

After working with my current cohort of Postgraduate Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education students, I have pulled together a summary of the most common feedback that I have given in peer observations. This summary will form the basis of a class discussion, however I’m sharing it more widely in case it resonates with others. Rather than being reactive feedback, this list could be the basis of a proactive discussion about teaching techniques.
